Understanding TLC Requirements

§1.1310

Every entity that manufactures, processes, packs, or holds FTL foods must assign a TLC at the point of each CTE.

§1.1320

TLCs must be unique to the lot and traceable back to the farm or first packer within 24 hours.

§1.1345

Records must be maintained for 2 years and provided to FDA within 24 hours of a request.
